Our return and withdrawal terms are governed by our General Terms and Conditions (GTC), Section 5.
This return policy applies to all orders placed through the online shop of Krebs Distanz AG shipped to delivery addresses in Switzerland.
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving reasons. The period starts on the day the goods are received by the buyer.
If the delivered goods are defective or damaged, we will of course accept a return. Please contact us immediately after receipt at info@krebs-distanz.ch or via our contact form. Defective goods are covered by a 2-year warranty from delivery.
Non-defective products may also be returned within the 14-day return period, provided the following conditions are met:
Custom-made and tailored products are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Exchanges are not accepted.

The return shipping label is the customer's responsibility. The buyer must organise and pay for the return shipment.
There are no return handling fees. Return shipping costs (postage) are borne by the buyer unless the return is due to a seller error.
After receipt and inspection of the return, the purchase price will be refunded within 30 days. The refund will be issued via the original payment method.
