As a registered customer of Krebs Distanz AG, you have 24/7 access to your personal customer portal. Here you can find out what you can accomplish there.
Manage Orders
In the order section, you can see all your orders with their current status — from "In Review" to "In Production" to "Delivered." For each order, you can expand the details: items, prices, delivery address, and shipping status. Once your order is shipped, you will also find the tracking number there with a direct link to the postal tracking.
Documents such as order confirmations, invoices, and delivery notes are available for download as PDFs — convenient for your accounting.
Especially useful: With the Reorder Function, you can add a previous order to your cart with one click. Ideal for recurring orders.
Maintain Contacts and Addresses
Corporate customers can store multiple contacts — for example, separate contacts for ordering, shipping, and invoicing. Each contact can have their own address data and an individual role (e.g., purchasing, management). This ensures that deliveries always reach the right place and invoices go to the correct person.
Keep Company Data Up to Date
Changed address? New phone number? In the settings area, you can independently update your company and contact information. You can also manage your UID number, EORI, and VAT ID there.
Payment on Invoice
As a registered company, in addition to credit card and TWINT, payment on invoice is also available to you — directly at checkout, without additional approval.
Easy Swiss Company Registration
When registering as a Swiss company, you can search for your business directly through the commercial register (Zefix). Company name, UID number, and address are automatically transferred — no tedious typing required.
Security and Data Protection
Your account is protected by email verification. You can change your password at any time, export your data as JSON, and delete your account completely if needed. Cookie settings can also be reset.
